Soon after your share of a community solar farm begins producing energy, you begin receiving solar credits on your monthly Eversource electric bills.
Each credit is applied as a deduction, which helps you save on your electric costs!
You'll find your community solar credit in the "Electric Account Summary" section of your bill within the "Other Charges or Credits" line. You'll also find your community solar credit in the separate "Other Charges or Credits" section of your bill, in the line named either "AOBC Transfer" or "Net Metering Credit." Both locations are highlighted in the sample bill below.
