Rosemary is a strategic problem-solver with a background in entrepreneurship and a passion for sustainability. She spent the first six years of her career as a Strategist and, eventually, an Energy Specialist, where she helped utilities and ARES engage their communities and evolve real-world behavior. Her domains included EV adoption, demand response, Time-of-Use, safety, and brand perception. She found her ikigai in climate tech product management through scaling a community solar product from concept to multi-market expansion and joined Solstice to continue bringing affordable, renewable, and equitable energy to our communities. Rosemary is a Terra.do Climate Fellow and graduated with honors from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and minors in Entrepreneurship and Sociology.
