Aminna is a Data Specialist at Solstice with a background in Quality Control, Trust & Safety, and Customer Success. She’s passionate about using data to improve processes, solve problems, and help teams work smarter.

Before joining Solstice, she worked in tech and digital media sectors where she focused on user safety, data accuracy, and customer experience. She’s always been drawn to roles that combine people, process, and purpose and she brings that same energy to her work every day.

Based in San Francisco, Aminna speaks English and Arabic, and outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and discovering new things whether it’s a great book or a hidden gem of a café.
