+ NY Community Outreach Coordinator
Location: Central / Upstate New York (including but not limited Oneonta, Norwich, Binghamton, Olean, Auburn, and Canandaigua)
With several large community solar projects launching in New York this year, we are looking for highly-motivated individuals to expand our community outreach efforts. The position is a customer facing, results-oriented role with significant opportunity for professional growth and autonomy. If you’re someone passionate about renewable energy and love building networks, then the Solstice New York Outreach position is for you!
+ Lead Software Engineer
Solstice is developing a web-based solar marketplace and customer engagement platform, which will serve a community solar developer’s customer-facing needs while also providing a channel for customers to learn about their community solar options, enroll, and engage with their solar garden. We are looking for a consumer-minded full-stack developer to lead our development efforts, with a desire to build and manage a team.
+ Low-Income Inclusion Program Manager
More than 50% of Americans currently face little to no opportunity to participate in renewable energy owing to their income and credit status. Join a team at Solstice working with a Department of Energy award to implement a new alternative credit metric, increase energy equity, and grow the solar pie - and stand up some of the first low-income community solar projects in the country.
+ Marketing Associate
PPC has been our number one channel powering our growth - from search to social to growth hacks. In this role, you will help our efforts across demand generation, advertising, landing page design, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation.
But here’s the catch: this role isn’t just about advertising. It’s about sustainable growth. So if you’re obsessed with finding new ways to grow our pipeline and can’t stop thinking about all of the new things you want to do increase ROI, this role might be the perfect fit for you.
