Steph Speirs
Co-Founder & CEO
Steph is a social entrepreneur and community builder with operational experience in the U.S., Middle East, and South Asia. She was selected as an Echoing Green Climate Fellow, a Global Good Fund Fellow, a Grist 50 Fixer, a Kia Revisionary, and an Acumen Global Fellow, all of which recognize emerging leaders in social enterprise. She previously led sales and marketing innovation initiatives at d.light India, a solar products company powering areas without reliable electricity; spearheaded Acumen’s renewable energy sector investment strategy in Pakistan; developed Middle East policy as the youngest Director at the White House National Security Council; and managed field operations in seven states for the first Obama presidential campaign. She holds a B.A. from Yale, a Master in Public Affairs (MPA) with distinction from Princeton, and an MBA from MIT, where she earned a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. At MIT, she received the Paul and Daily Soros Fellowship, Legatum Fellowship, Public Service Fellowship, and Dean’s Fellowship.

Sandhya Murali
Co-Founder & COO
Responsible for finances, product development, solar developer relationships, and financial inclusion. Sandhya began her career in Barclays’ investment banking division in New York and London, advising on and executing public equity transactions for Technology, Media and Telecom companies, and was also deeply involved in Barclays Philanthropy. Her volunteer work included Endeavor, Women’s World Banking, and Barclays’ Social Innovation Fund. During graduate school, Sandhya worked at Buen Power Peru, a for-profit social enterprise that distributes solar lamps and water heaters to off-grid communities in Peru. She holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where she received the Sustainability Certificate.

Lila Abreu
Associate Product Manager
Lila joins the Solstice team motivated to pursue action on climate change and support a clean energy transition. She graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Psychology and minors in Computer Science and Cognitive Science. Prior to starting with Solstice, Lila served as a research assistant for a Psychiatry lab at Weill Cornell Medicine, where she coordinated a clinical trial on a novel treatment for depression and later worked with FindingFive, a nonprofit that supports behavioral science research. Outside of work, Lila loves to cook and eat, enjoys volunteer tutoring, and is completing online courses in data science and statistics.

Andie Aiken
Product Marketing Manager
Andie is a community-oriented human, an avid learner, and an advocate for environmental justice. She is a graduate of Stonehill College with a B.A. in English. Prior to joining Solstice, Andie developed marketing campaigns in the higher education industry, where her work in content strategy, account management, and copywriting reached educators at a global scale. She received her M.S. in Advertising from Boston University, which sparked her enduring curiosity for creative problem solving. She’s thrilled to be a part of Solstice, uniting her storytelling experience with socially conscious work. She spends her free time reading, practicing yoga, getting outside, and overanalyzing the latest cultural trends.

Moh Ajami
Senior Manager, Digital Innovation
Moh has over ten years of professional experience in branding, communications strategies, and business development for for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He manages the development of Solstice’s digital platform, and develops our visual communications strategy. Moh participated in the Middle East Web Design Awards in 2009, where he was ranked as the #1 Best Rich Internet Applications Designer in the Middle East and North Africa.

Craig Armstrong
VP of Revenue
Craig leads Solstice’s Revenue initiatives, including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Prior to joining Solstice Craig held several General Management and senior positions with organizations dedicated to inspiring positive change, serving in executive roles with LMG Holding and Directed LLC, both companies that develop and deploy personal safety technology to reduce the incidence of drinking and driving. Craig services as Chairman of the Board for Slingshot Software and is an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Leslie Arredondo
Customer Success Associate
As an advocate for sustainability and environmental justice, Leslie is excited to establish and foster the relationships that are paramount to Solstice’s mission. She has experience with leading Customer Success teams and is passionate about helping people take action in protecting the Earth. Based in Las Vegas, Leslie enjoys eating at local restaurants, hiking the Red Rock Mountains, camping, and hanging out with her two dogs, Shadow and Phoenix.

Stina Arstorp
Graphic Design Associate
Stina graduated from Santa Clara University with degrees in Environmental Studies and Studio Art. As a graphic designer for Solstice, Stina is grateful to have a job that combines her creativity and passion for sustainability. Prior to working with Solstice, Stina assisted artists with their personal projects. Outside of work, Stina loves to paint, enjoys rock climbing, and is completing a certificate program in graphic design.

Shauna Bannan
Customer Success Coordinator
Shauna joined Solstice with a commitment to building a clean and resilient energy system that works for everyone. After graduating with a degree in journalism and stepping into a variety of communications-based roles, she decided to use her skills to connect with others and make a social and environmental impact. Shauna lives in Philadelphia and loves exploring the food and music scenes around the city in her free time.

Scott Becker
Director of Marketing
Scott leads Solstice’s marketing team to connect as many homeowners, renters, and businesses to accessible solar as possible. Prior to joining Solstice’s team, he worked as a researcher and writer at Harvard Kennedy School, where he reviewed government innovations used to better residents’ lives. Scott joined Solstice to apply his passion for media and his belief in the strength of communities to a powerful movement for environmental and social good. A lifelong swimmer and outdoor enthusiast, he can be found diving into the ocean, climbing trees, arguing with his friends, or writing Frost-esque poetry.

Nathan Bindseil
Asset Management Coordinator
Nathan’s passion for the environment can be traced back to long days spent hiking and camping in the rolling hills of Western Pennsylvania as a kid. Shortly after graduating from Boston University in 2020, Nathan began working in the Community Solar industry, drawn to its unique ability to break down some of the traditional barriers of solar energy while also building up the distributed energy resources that will be vital to a more sustainable and resilient grid. Based in Washington DC, he enjoys rock climbing, vinyl records, and rooting for each and every Pittsburgh sports team in his spare time.

Kira Botelho
Business Development Coordinator
Kira is a life-long “tree hugger.” She brings her passion and advocacy for environmental justice to the Business Development team, introducing community solar developers, financers, and utilities to Solstice’s customer acquisition and management services. Kira graduated from Lafayette College with a degree in Environmental Studies and Government & Law. She continued her studies at Virginia Tech and obtained her Master of Natural Resources in Global Sustainability with a focus on Sustainable Business. She previously worked in account management and business development for a professional beekeeping service and pollinator research company. Kira has a number of hobbies outside of Solstice: hiking, sewing, dancing ballet, listening to audiobooks, and talking on the phone for hours.

Brittney Boyd
Enterprise Partnerships Manager
Brittney came to Solstice after finding tremendous success in her sales leadership career but couldn’t shake the feeling of wanting to serve LMI communities like where she grew up. Previously, she led numerous sales partnership organizations within a fortune 500 company and currently she is the Enterprise Partnerships Manager here at Solstice. She is an expert at partnering with corporations to enable them to hit an array of company goals and initiatives. She has worked in partner sales for 10 years managing well known accounts like University of Pennsylvania and University of Pennsylvania Health Systems. When she isn’t in meetings, she is a super mom and wife to her 2 sons and husband of 15 years.

Tim Brown
Director of Customer Success
Tim recently graduated with a Masters in Sustainability and Environmental Management from the Harvard University extension school where his coursework included classes in social entrepreneurialism, sustainable product design, international development, and sustainability leadership. During his studies, Tim developed a strong interest in social enterprises that are employing innovative concepts to address social and environmental challenges. Prior to graduate school, Tim pursued his passion for the outdoors through a variety of positions which included work as a ski patroller, backcountry ski guide, naturalist and educator, sales and inventory manager at a surf film startup, and EMT. He has also founded a location-based lifestyle clothing and apparel brand. Outside of work, Tim enjoys surfing, sailing, reading, and exploring new places – both in New England and further abroad.

Miranda Cashman
Asset Management Coordinator
Miranda is an experienced manager, analyst, and researcher dedicated to advancing climate resiliency and sustainability. Prior to joining Solstice, Miranda served as a Project Manager at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection where she worked to make water infrastructure more resilient to climate change and supported a robust water demand management program. Miranda completed her master’s thesis research at Columbia University where she aimed to reconstruct sea levels during the last geologic warm period, which was supported by a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship award. In her free time, Miranda is an avid theater lover, and also enjoys reading, playing board games, hiking, and generally being part of the great outdoors.

Neelam Chakrabarty
VP of Product/Platform
Neelam is an entrepreneur at heart who has built and launched highly successful products at two of her own startups and at companies such as Intuit and HP. Prior to joining Solstice, she was the CEO/Co-founder of Oroola, a bootstrapped collaboration and fundraising platform that helped schools get more families engaged in their child’s education, especially at Title 1 schools.
She is passionate about cleantech, sustainability, and communities. With her work at Solstice, she hopes to make an impact by making clean energy more equitable and accessible to disadvantaged communities. She has a BS in Electronics & Communication from Karnatak University in India, and an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
When not working, Neelam takes her love for problem-solving and experimentation into her backyard to conduct gardening experiments. She is an outdoor enthusiast, an amateur rock climber, and loves working on anything DIY.

Brandon Chase
VP of Customer Experience
Brandon leads the Customer Experience team at Solstice which includes Customer Success and Asset Management. Brandon started his career at the Department of Energy. Since then, he has launched and scaled three Customer Success teams at startups in various industries including energy efficiency, cannabis, and forest conservation. In 2019, Brandon’s passion for climate solutions led him to Vermont where he learned how to practice regenerative farming. Brandon loves playing soccer, doing yoga, and enjoying the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Kara Chipiwalt
Revenue Operations Coordinator
Kara has been passionate about the environment since childhood and grew up surrounded by acres of wooded landscape, creeks, and ponds to explore in Central Virginia. She studied geography in both undergraduate and graduate school, obtaining her bachelor’s degree at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and her master’s degree at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. Throughout her academic career, Kara focused her research on climate change impacts in various places and communities. Prior to Solstice, she worked within the energy industry focused on energy efficiency for homes and businesses in Virginia. She is excited to bring her data background to Solstice, where she hopes to improve the systems and processes necessary to achieve the company’s goals. In her free time, you can find Kara at the beach, enjoying the outdoors, watching a good horror movie (every month is spooky month for her), hanging out with friends and family, or taking photos on her Canon.

Jason Clancy
Senior Director of Revenue Operations
Jason’s foray into green energy began with doing home energy audits. After years of crawling around attics, he moved into the financing side of residential rooftop solar, built partnerships with the long tail of solar installers across the country, and developed a zeal for driving operational efficiency. His hobbies include brewing beer, making lists of his favorite things, road trips to random towns, and retelling his grandfather’s old jokes. Jason strongly believes that the town of Hull, MA is the best place in the world.

Sam Cote
Chief of Staff
Sam is passionate about all things green. Sam started writing at a local Boston news station, but chose to pivot her career to create more social and environmental impact. A graduate of Boston University with a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism, Sam brings her communication skills to the role of ‘right-hand woman’ to Solstice Co-founder and CEO Steph Speirs. Outside of the office, you can find her hiking, doing yoga in the park, or sharing ways to live a cleaner, greener life!

Kendra Dalley
Product Designer
Kendra Dalley is simultaneously a reverent ecologist, evocative futurist, systematic artist, and abstract scientist. With over 8 years of product experience, she founded a biomimetic design studio, Imaginal Being, integrating nature’s laws and strategies alongside the values and requirements of a client. As an activist designer, she has joined Solstice to make the inaccessible accessible by connecting marginalized communities to clean energy alternatives. Above all, Kendra aspires to close the gaps of dissonance brought on by modern society, reconnecting our world to our common nature.

Paris Davis
Customer Success Associate
Paris joins the Solstice team as a Customer Success Associate. She is passionate about environmental justice and climate change. Paris enjoys connecting with people and educating others on sustainability. With a background in cosmetology, she wanted to transition to a more impactful role. Based in Florida, she enjoys spending her free time at the beach, watching sunsets, and writing.

Tiffany Do
Junior Software Engineer
After graduating from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) with a major in Economics, Tiffany decided to pursue her passion for coding where she enrolled in LEARN Academy. She joined the Solstice team as a Junior Software Engineer in order to use that passion to positively impact underrepresented communities and help save the planet. In her free time, she likes to discover new restaurants, attend music festivals, and sunbathe with her two golden retrievers, Apollo and Goose.

Sean Doucette
Growth Marketing Manager
Sean comes from 7 years of digital advertising across numerous verticals including video advertising, medical marketing, and nonprofit fundraising. He hails from the North Shore of Massachusetts and, after traveling for several years, now resides in the Greater Boston area. Sean brings a multitude of talents to the Solstice team, with expertise in paid search and social, as well as strength in cross-channel advertising, and developing marketing strategy using data driven metrics. Sean is a strong advocate of ethical marketing practices and has an interest in sustainability and renewable energy – making Solstice the ideal work environment for him. When he’s not working, you can find Sean touring the local restaurant scene, watching football on Sundays, or playing board games with friends.

Nayeli Flores
Sales Contractor & Spanish Translator
Nayeli joins the Solstice team motivated to encourage BIPOC communities to support renewable energy and help them take part in the clean energy transition. She graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Global Development Studies and a double minor in Spanish and Portuguese. Prior to starting with Solstice, Nayeli served as a communications assistant for the Interamerican Association for Environmental Defense (AIDA), where she managed Spanish and Portuguese social media content, social media analytics, and created content about the current environmental challenges that Latin America is facing. Nayeli currently volunteers with a mutual aid organization in Chicago where she helps with the food insecurity program and weekly wellness calls in her neighborhood. Outside of work, Nayeli enjoys hiking, gardening, and cooking. In addition, she is beginning a master’s program in renewable energy administration in Mexico.

Sarah Gyurina
Partnership Development Associate
Sarah works with community partners and energy brokers to help bring community solar to as many homes as possible. She graduated from Hamilton College in 2022 with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a minor in Theater. Sarah resonates with Solstice’s mission of expanding clean energy access to all Americans. And after interning with Solstice the summer of her senior year, she’s excited to return! Outside of work, you can find her writing music, cooking gluten-free meals, or stringing up her hammock somewhere in the woods.

Jake Ford
Data Scientist
Jake believes data can be used to make the world greener, safer, and better. Based in Durham, North Carolina, he previously worked as a transportation modeler developing predictive models to better estimate travel behaviors with the goal of reducing vehicle emissions. Jake graduated from Allegheny College with a B.S. in mathematics and later obtained an MPP from Georgetown University, where he was editor-in-chief of the policy journal. Outside of writing code and analyzing data for Solstice, Jake enjoys traveling, plotting mock NBA trades, and all things related to his rescue greyhound.

Samantha Holt
Content Marketing Associate
Samantha believes in creating a greener and cleaner environment for all through sustainable building and clean energy. Her passion for green building led her to join the Solstice team where she can channel her writing and research skills into educating customers on community solar and Solstice’s mission to bring clean energy to every American. After studying Communication and Media Studies at Kennesaw State University, she cultivated her marketing skills in the real estate law and window film industries. Based in Atlanta, you can find Samantha hiking with her Great Pyrenees, propagating plants from her hydroponic system, and watching movies from her seemingly infinite watchlist.

Mary Jackson

Mary joins our team with a passion for people, renewable energy, and sustainable living. With a background in marketing, public relations, and operations, Mary is thrilled to bring her strategic and creative expertise to the Solstice team.
A life-long adventurer, you can find Mary traveling the globe in her solar-powered travel trailer in pursuit of seeing all of our National Parks.

Molly Jones
Junior Software Engineer
Molly is a graduate of the State University of New York at Potsdam and Thinkful’s online Software Engineering program. She is excited to be a part of Solstice’s efforts toward accelerating clean energy and positive social impact. With a background as a professional musician, she aims to translate creativity and collaboration into her passion for software development. Molly enjoys going to the gym, playing drums, making coffee, and doing crosswords.

Ariel Kalishman Walsh
Director of Business Development
Ariel Kalishman Walsh works with community solar developers and asset owners who need Solstice’s services for customer acquisition and management. Previously she was Director of Enterprise Partnerships at BlocPower, bringing building decarbonization services and products to utilities and cities. Ariel has worked in impact-driven roles across multiple industries, and has an MBA in Sustainability from Bard College and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin. Ariel grew up in Oregon and New Mexico, lived in Brooklyn for many years, and now resides in Lafayette, CO where she enjoys time outdoors with her human and animal family members.

Dan McNamara
Director of Engineering
Dan is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in Computer Engineering. He previously worked at a startup in the film industry, working on and leading teams that built Emmy Award-winning software for film crews and major studios. Dan joined Solstice as Lead Engineer to combine his passion for social and environmental justice with his passion for building and leading software teams that create great products. In his free time, Dan enjoys attending concerts, reading, cooking, or caring for his houseplants.

Benjamin Moss
Enrollment Manager
Ben comes from a combined background of working in music, nonprofit fundraising, and technology. At Solstice, he helps to educate residents about joining community solar programs to both mitigate climate change and invest in sustainable technology. In his free time, you’ll likely find him playing music, reading science fiction, or watching a soccer game.

Allison Naganuma
Partnerships Manager
Growing up surrounded by powerful artists and activists in Oakland, California, Allie always felt a pull towards social justice work. While majoring in environmental studies at Swarthmore College, she was a solar ambassador for RE-volv, a climate justice organization that helps non-profits go solar, and a member of Serenity Soular, a grassroots organization dedicated to green jobs training, community healing, and solar deployment in North Philadelphia. Before joining Solstice, Allie served as a renewable energy consultant at Integral Group, a deep green engineering firm, working on building decarbonization, electrification, microgrid, and resilience projects for C&I and higher education clients. In 2018, she was awarded the WRISE/GRID Alternatives Fellowship for Rising Women in Solar. In her spare time, Allie loves doing ceramics, admiring her houseplants, and taking house and hip-hop dance classes.

Alex Pasanen
Policy Coordinator
Alex joins the Solstice team as Policy Coordinator, where he supports the Business Development team’s expansion efforts by tracking developments in key markets and advocating for policies that unlock a cleaner, more equitable energy economy. Born and raised in South Burlington, VT, Alex graduated from Brown University in 2019. Before Solstice, he was the research manager at Business Forward, where he advocated for clean energy policy on behalf of small business owners around the country. Beyond his work at Solstice, Alex fills his time snowboarding, biking, cooking, and spending time with his pitbull, Mojo.

Matteo Pocobene
Director of Channel Sales
Matteo has always been passionate about the environment, but never found a way to get involved until he joined Solstice. After graduating from Emmanuel College in 2016 with a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience, he began exploring jobs that would allow him to do what he does best: connecting with others. Since graduation, he has continued his summer tradition of caddying at The Country Club in Brookline, while using his winters to travel. These activities are his two biggest passions, and when he’s lucky, he gets to do both at the same time.

Dan Ramos
QA Engineer
Daniel has always been passionate about technology, problem-solving, and environmental sustainability. The third element, however, was always missing from his career – until he joined Solstice. In the past Dan worked as a California Smog Check Technician and most recently as an ERP Software User Success Engineer. When not working on learning a new subject, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching basketball, reading, and heading out to any of the magnificent beaches California’s central coast has to offer.

Debi Rednik
Director of Operations
Debi joins Solstice as the Director of Operations, having spent her entire career in the energy industry. This is her first foray into Community Solar and she is incredibly excited to bring her passions for clean
energy, environmental justice, process, and business operations to the Solstice team. Debi is a “recovering” attorney, with a BA from Washington University and a JD from The George Washington
University Law School (she likes schools named “Washington”).
At home in South Orange, NJ (just west of the City – NYC, that is), you can find Debi spending time with her husband, kids, and 5 year old labradoodle, baking, twisted into various yoga poses, or riding her Peloton.

Lisa Roper
People Operations Manager
As a former entrepreneur, Lisa has a passion for helping employees thrive. Her Human Resources background includes distribution, service, and global MedTech. She specializes in culture building, process development & improvement, and DEI. Today, Lisa is honored to be a part of Solstice’s sustainable energy mission and is excited to help make an impact for Solstice’s greatest asset, its people.
Originally from Charlotte, NC, Lisa resides in a suburb of the Queen City with her husband and 2 children, usually with a coffee cup in her hand. When she’s not working, she enjoys being outdoors, music, fitness, and spending time with family and friends.

Steven Salit
Senior Manager of Finance & Accounting
Steve joins us as an Accounting/Finance manager after spending the last 18 years working in similar roles for multiple global energy companies. He brings with him an extensive background in commercial and financial reporting in the renewable energy industry, in particular solar. Outside of the “office”, Steve spends his free time watching sports and entertaining his wife and two daughters at his home in central NJ.

Gokul Shankar
Staff Engineer
Gokul is a software engineer passionate about coding and protecting the Earth. He joined Solstice to help spread clean energy to underserved communities throughout the country and to do his part in fighting climate change. He’s big on writing clean code, documentation, reusable frameworks, and cross-collaboration. When he’s not coding, you can find him making/eating delicious vegan foods, binge-watching an anime or k-drama, or staying up all night playing video games.

Joe Shim
Senior DevOps Engineer
Joe, a graduate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, is a jack of all trades and master of some. He has experience ranging from Fortune 500 Companies to startups. He joined Solstice to focus on making great software that helps empower people. In his free time you can find him learning a new subject or picking up a new skill.

Prashanth Siddalingaiah
Partnerships Manager
Prashanth comes to us from Grainger with over 16 years of account management and relationship building experience. His passion to be part of the solution brought him and his family to Solstice as a customer and now he joins as a team member.

Luke Squire
Director of Product
Luke has built and led product management teams at different stage companies for the past seven years. He is dedicated to building solutions that create a just and equitable energy transition.
He is on the Board of First Founders, an incubator and accelerator based in Nigeria for African technology startups, and is a career mentor with Work on Climate. He previously co-founded LaunchProgress, an organization that supported electing more diverse candidates for local office.
Luke received a B.A. in Economics from Oberlin College and holds a Certificate of Specialization in Strategy from Harvard’s Online Business School. From 2011-2014, he was a member of the Oberlin College Board of Trustees. He likes to read sci-fi, rock climb, hike, and make terrible puns. He lives in San Diego, CA.

Allie Stephan
Principal Software Engineer
Allie graduated from Boston College with a BS in Computer Science in 2011. Prior to joining Solstice, she was the lead architect at a startup in the film industry. She worked on and led teams that built Emmy Award-winning software for film crews and major studios. Allie joined Solstice as a Principal Software Engineer in order to use her engineering skills and experience to make a positive impact on the environment and society. In her free time, Allie enjoys taking hikes with her son and dog, tinkering with computers or keyboards, and playing volleyball.

Maura Sweeney
Customer Success Associate
Maura joined Solstice excited to make a positive impact through green energy and work with other people passionate about the environment. She graduated with a BA in Anthropology from the University of Colorado, and an MS in Communication Science and Disorders from Northwestern University. Before joining the Solstice team she worked as a speech language pathologist and is thrilled to now use her skills to support customers using green energy. When not at work, Maura is likely exploring the outdoors, finding a new restaurant to try, or playing the Irish sport of Camogie.

Koichiro Takagishi
CFO
As a secondee from MyPower, Taka joins Solstice after spending the last 15 years working in global energy projects with a commitment to contribute to create an eco-friendly society and pursue sustainability and energy equity. Outside of work, Taka enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, eating and drinking at restaurants and reading books.

Andrea Tran
Junior Software Engineer
Andrea holds degrees from the University of Georgia and Kennesaw State University. Before joining Solstice, she was an RN specializing in neurocritical care. As a nurse, she became a passionate advocate for women and other underserved communities. She joined Solstice as a Junior Software Engineer to continue those interests in a different capacity. Outside work, she enjoys eating spicy food, weightlifting, and reading manhwa.

Arabella Tully
Client Relations Consultant
As a Client Relations Consultant, Arabella aims to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. During her career, she has held roles including Marketing Manager for the Latin American Region and Spanish Language Consultant for Alltech Biotechnology. Most recently, Arabella was the Business Service Consultant for Equus Workforce Solutions and the Client Success Manager for Harbor Compliance. As a native Spanish speaker, she provides language training, translation, and interpretation services in the corporate, legal, and healthcare industries. Arabella has earned several recognition awards for leadership, communication, and building and maintaining client relationships. She received her degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima in Lima, Peru. When she’s not working, you can find Arabella cycling, running, walking, kayaking, or playing darts.

Molly is passionate about renewable energy and its potential to address climate change. She graduated from Santa Clara University in 2020 with degrees in Environmental Studies and Art History. She is excited to be on the Solstice team and to be connecting with people for an inspiring environmental and social mission. Outside of work, she loves hiking, skiing, experimenting with watercolors, and discovering new music!

Taylor Winne
Office Coordinator
Taylor joins the Solstice team as the office coordinator. She has spent most of her career as a Real Estate Paralegal, but changed paths to align her career with her personal passions and goals. After moving from Montana to south Georgia, Taylor lives on a large homestead where she is building a completely sustainable lifestyle. Solar energy is a huge part of her journey to sustainability and she is excited to be an insider in the industry. The farm keeps her busy, from a sassy donkey to messy pigs, and tons of fresh produce to harvest. In her free time, you will find her trying new restaurants, traveling to new hiking destinations, and taking walks with her dog.
