    Every household that signs up for the Regional Office of Education#4’s local solar farm contributes to our Sustainability Scholarship Program. For every 100 households that sign up, two local high school students will receive a paid sustainability internship. 

    We are targeting 1,000 enrollments through our partnership with ENGIE and Solstice to offer 20 scholarships, and you can help us get there by enrolling in community solar! Together, we’ll lower one another’s electric bills, build a more resilient community, and continue our long tradition of excellence in education.

Solstice Community Solar Farms produce local solar power, and Renewable Energy Credits, or “RECs” are sold to the Illinois Shines program to help Illinois reach its renewable energy goals.
