Solstice Partners with TownOfUlsterCitizens.org
Solstice • Sept. 8, 2020
Solstice works in tandem with TownofUlsterCitizens.org to give residents access to affordable clean energy. TownofUlsterCitizens.org is an organization committed to bettering the Town of Ulster; Solstice helps the organization achieve its goal by alleviating the Town of Ulster’s carbon footprint and providing residents with approximately 10% of savings on their electric bills.
“Because of our involvement in several local issues that have to do with environmental conservation and preservation, I thought we had to do our part to offset fossil fuels,” said Regis Obijiski, a founding member of TownofUlsterCitizens.org. “There was a sign-up bonus for the customer as well as for the organization, and I thought that partnering with Solstice would have a really positive impact on our budget and on spreading the word about community solar.”
For every community member who signs up for a share of their local solar garden, Solstice will not only donate $50 to TownofUlsterCitizens.org on their behalf but also give the new subscriber a $50 enrollment bonus.
