Solstice has announced that more than $450,000 in community benefit funding is being deployed to local organizations across New Mexico, fueling projects in clean energy access, workforce development, and community-led sustainability.
Funding recipients include Prosperity Works, Native Renewables, Center for Civic Policy, Sovereign Energy, and New Energy Economy. These funds are supporting initiatives like renewable energy education for Indigenous students, hiring full-time clean energy staff at nonprofits, and expanding local businesses’ ability to deliver sustainable solutions.
This investment is part of Solstice’s Community Benefit REC program, which channels corporate sustainability dollars directly into frontline communities to create jobs, cut energy costs, and accelerate the clean energy transition.
