The position is a customer facing, results-oriented role with significant opportunity for professional growth and autonomy. Solstice is developing a web-based solar marketplace and customer engagement platform, which will serve a community solar developer’s customer-facing needs while also providing a channel for customers to learn about their community solar options, enroll, and engage with their solar garden. We are looking for a consumer-minded full-stack developer to lead our development efforts, with a desire to build and manage a team.

Solstice seeks an enterprising, self-starting individual to assist in our rapidly expanding business development efforts. You’ll work directly with one of the co-founders and be responsible for expansion efforts across a variety of stakeholders.
+ Low-Income Inclusion Program Manager
More than 50% of Americans currently face little to no opportunity to participate in renewable energy owing to their income and credit status. Join a team at Solstice working with a Department of Energy award to implement a new alternative credit metric, increase energy equity, and grow the solar pie - and stand up some of the first low-income community solar projects in the country.
We expect to have fall fellowship openings across marketing, outreach, software development, and low-income inclusion.
All fellows must work from our Cambridge, MA office, and preference will be given to those who can commit to full-time. Current students and recent grads are encouraged to apply.
