Co-Founders Steph Speirs and Sandhya Murali started Solstice to make clean energy more affordable and accessible for all.
They started by connecting low- to moderate-income households to community-shared solar farms – but these projects aren’t available everywhere.
Now Solstice is working with Enterprise partners to build out clean energy projects across the country and pass along their benefits to communities facing disproportionate energy burdens—what we call “virtual community solar”. RECs purchased through Solstice place savings in the hands of those who stand to benefit most.
