Sean leads Solstice’s business development efforts, focusing on securing new community solar partnerships and driving strategic expansion. He brings over a decade of experience in business consulting, public policy, and program management. He began his career-launching mentoring programs in New York City public high schools. After law school, Sean joined McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in energy and risk management with investor-owned utilities and banks. Prior to joining Solstice, he directed youth turnout efforts in five battleground states during the 2020 election. He holds a BA from the University of Virginia and a JD from Harvard Law School, and he is a member of the California Bar.
