    The Gardens at Rhinebeck’s Impact

    Annual Savings: $7,000

    To date the Gardens at Rhinebeck have enrolled 21 meters managed by the HOA and 36 houses in community solar with Solstice. By doing so, they’ve raised over $10,000 in donations to the HOA, are netting a combined $7,000 in annual savings on their electric costs, and have had an environmental impact equivalent to preserving over 460 acres of U.S. forests. Together, residents of the Gardens at Rhinebeck are lowering one another’s electric bills, building a more resilient community, and expanding funds for the HOA.
